Maybelline Express Brow Duo 2-in-1 Pencil and Powder

I have been using the eyebrow pencil for a long time. It is two-sided and I really like it. I use the pencil to shape my eyebrows and blend in shades.

I did not like the pencil as it was too thick and did not draw well. Before this, I had a thin one and did not encounter any issues with it.

Life hack! For those who have trouble writing with the part that has powder or for those who have run out of the part with powder, this will be useful. I ran out of the pencil and decided to see its structure, yes, I simply smashed it with a hammer. So, in the cap, where there is still 1/3 of the total length of the cap, it means it was hardly used at all. The sponge just doesn't reach there. You can simply poke it a little with a needle and extend the life of the powder by 2 times!

It's ruined! It used to be my favorite, but I won't buy it anymore. I've been using this pencil in the Medium Brown shade for a very long time, I don't even know how many years. I bought it for myself and for my mom... It was a very nice brown color. The last time I ordered the pencil for my mom, she complained about the change in color. After some time, I ordered it for myself too. It's awful! It's so reddish! There's no trace left of the nice brown color. In addition to that, the side with the sponge almost doesn't apply any color. It's a complete disappointment!

I have been using this pencil in Dark Brown color for about 4 years. However, the last one I received was terrible. I'm not talking about the shape of the pencil itself, which is very inconvenient to draw with, but the reddish color that looks simply awful on eyebrows. Previously, this pencil never turned red.

The brush sheds a lot and applies unevenly. The powder itself is also prone to fallout. I have never used it once and will never buy it again.

I did not like the pencil. It draws very brightly and with clumps, and the shadows are very faint. It is not convenient to blend with them. I purchased it, tried it, and set it aside. I do not use it because I simply do not like it. I do not recommend it.

I have been using this pencil for over 4 years and so far I haven't found a better alternative for myself! Even though I have tried other budget options from Eva, the highly praised one by brow artists Vivienne Sabo doesn't compare to it.

It is economical and convenient to use, it lasts me for about six months because I only lightly emphasize the outline and fill in any empty spaces, then I blend it with a separate brush. I don't use the sponge that comes with it because my eyebrows are not as thick and dark. It is very versatile since you can adjust its intensity yourself. It suits both blondes and darker girls. That's why I always come back to it, because it perfectly matches the color of my hair and makes my eyebrows look natural as if I haven't dyed them. :)

After the update, I won't buy this pencil anymore. I used it for a long time, but now it's half the size and the lead is inconvenient. It's really disappointing.

The fact that they updated the formula is only half the problem. The worst part is that my perfect medium brown shade turns into a bright red pigment just a few minutes after application. And it's just a disaster. It used to be the best eyebrow pencil I've used for many years. Now it's just useless trash.

I highly do not recommend it now. You won't get the shade that is advertised.

The pencil has indeed been improved, and I have gotten used to using it, but there is one big issue. It ran out after a month of daily use, whereas the previous version lasted for six months. This was quite a shock, considering I don't draw Brezhnev's eyebrows.

I have ordered this product multiple times and have been using it for about 2 years. I really liked it, so the last time I ordered two pieces on sale. However, the ones that arrived were updated and it is impossible to properly use them for eyebrow application. It is very inconvenient and I am extremely disappointed. I'm so upset because I really liked it. Now I have to look for something new. No matter how much I try, I can't achieve the same result with the new pencil. How is it possible to ruin such a great product? It's such a shame.

This is a very good pencil, with a dark brown color that doesn't have any red undertones. It makes eyebrows look natural, especially for those with dark hair. It doesn't have an artificial effect. It suited me well. The makeup, as always, is of high quality! Thank you!

Decent pencil. The retractable tip is very thin and short, allowing for drawing fine lines. The blending side is also quite good. There is some amount of paste in the cap itself. I chose the medium brown shade, but as a brunette, it is too yellow for me.

The pencils are convenient! On one side, there is an automatic pencil, and on the other side, there is a sponge for applying eyeshadow from the cap. I bought the bark brown color, but unfortunately, it didn't suit me (my brows look a bit unnatural). Nonetheless, it's a cool invention! Just be careful when selecting the color.

Dark brown is the color of the base, very dark and dirty-graphite. The blending side tends to just smear the skin instead of blending the pigment. The pencil itself is very fragile.
