I do not recommend it... Unless you have very short hair, and even then I'm not sure. I have a bob haircut, and I couldn't remove a single curler myself. It took my son about 20 minutes to untangle 6 of them.

I am satisfied with the quality of these hair curlers for short hair. So far, the Velcro has not stuck. They curl and provide good volume to short hair. I would rate them a 4 for now because I haven't been using them for long.
