The stabilizing neutralizer comes with a convenient dispenser to apply the product evenly on curlers. After thoroughly rinsing out the Synergy Perm, towel-dry the hair and proceed to apply the Synergy Neutralizer without removing the curlers. Use approximately 100 ml of Synergy Neutralizer, applying it carefully with a dispenser over all the curlers. Leave it on for 10 minutes (if the hair is very long, extend the processing time by an additional 5 minutes). Once the time is up, without removing the curlers, rinse the hair thoroughly with warm water for several minutes. Carefully remove the curlers and proceed with drying and styling.
