The hair is soft and manageable, with a pleasant scent. I highly recommend it. You don't even need to use conditioner or a hair mask separately. The difference between Kerastase shampoo and regular supermarket shampoo is significant. I highly recommend it.
I purchased miniatures of shampoo and mask. The mask is average, with a creamy scent, nothing out of the ordinary. However, the shampoo is terrible; it caused a severe dandruff problem.
From the positives for me: initially, it effectively moisturized my hair and when used with the mask, the results were salon-like.
From the negatives: the effect disappeared after about two weeks and my hair became extremely dry. It doesn't foam very well, which leads to quick consumption. The scent is very strong and unpleasant to me, somewhat reminiscent of men's shampoo. It lasts on the hair until the next wash. As I mentioned before, my hair quickly adapted and the shampoo's effect became the opposite. In my opinion, it is not the most successful shampoo from Kerastase. My hair tends to be oily at the roots but dry at the ends, with a length below the shoulders.
The courier delivered the shampoo. I refused the order because of the appearance of the product. The bottle was deformed, completely worn out and scratched. It looks as if it has been stored haphazardly in an abandoned warehouse. How could the employee who packed the order allow such a product to be sent to the customer??? I'm starting to question if this is even an original product. I am very disappointed with your store.
I was disappointed with this purchase. Initially, there was no noticeable smell, but after a few hair washes, I developed a terrible dandruff problem. I thought it might not be caused by the shampoo, but unfortunately, it was. Apart from that, the scent was pleasant and it left my head feeling fresh, but the dandruff issue was a major drawback. It seems that it simply wasn't suitable for my scalp. It's frustrating because it was quite expensive and I ended up wasting almost a whole bottle.
