I agree with the previous reviews. The file is thin and soft, similar to a disposable one, making it impossible to use.
The file is very thin, resembling an ice cream stick. It measures 14.5 by 1 cm! It bends easily and feels like it's about to break when being used for grinding. It is not convenient to use.
