Byredo Gypsy Water Eau de Parfum

I purchased a sample of this perfume, obviously not the full bottle. But after reading the reviews, I am shocked that many people mention its lack of longevity. This is probably the most long-lasting fragrance I have ever come across. As a test, I apply perfume to my skin in the evening. Usually, by the morning, there are no traces of any perfume left. But not with Gypsy Water! I don't know how long it can last on the skin, but it definitely lasts for 12 hours because I wash it off in the shower afterwards.

The fragrance is marketed as unisex, but after wearing it twice, I have concluded that it leans more towards the masculine side. This is noticeable in the first 20 minutes of wear and especially in the base notes that remain in the morning. I can smell a clean scent of men's aftershave cream in the morning. Therefore, despite its interesting top and middle notes and impressive longevity, I won't be getting this perfume for myself.

The perfumes are simply out of this world. A rare combination of a subtle scent with longevity. The packaging is beautiful.

I strongly do not recommend ordering with EU delivery. My order was made for a birthday, but this delivery ruined the pleasant anticipation of the gift. I ordered on October 31, 2023, and received it on October 17, 2023. No one can tell when the order will arrive (and the rhetoric of "call the broker and the courier service" is not about customer service at all).

Great perfume, interesting scent, slightly piney at first but then becomes delicate. No harshness, transitions into a gentle grassy, floral scent with hints of vanilla or some sweet caramel. However, in my opinion, it lacks longevity and sillage! I would really love to smell like this, but more intensely! I applied it three times a day and it still has a quiet presence.

Today I received my package - thank you makeup for the fast delivery! Upon first testing, the scent revealed a sweetness on me, although I was expecting more of a pine scent. I will let the bottle rest from the journey and try it in colder weather. The packaging by Byredo is a separate form of art. I already enjoyed it during the unpacking stage!

This is a wonderful and understated unisex fragrance for business meetings. It has notes of sandalwood, pine, amber, and vanilla. I finished the travel size and purchased the full-size version. The scent is original and the delivery was fast! Thank you!

One of my favorite fragrances! Yes, its longevity could be improved, but it definitely lasts on the skin for more than just a couple of hours, as some claim. There is no doubt about the originality of the perfume.

The only disappointment was receiving a cheap Lambre fragrance sample with a niche perfume, which, by the way, they have persistently been giving me every time I make a purchase for the third time! As a loyal customer, I have never been given even luxury samples, let alone niche ones, and I have never complained. But receiving such a "gift" for the third time felt like a slap in the face, guys.

And if you really add samples to orders "randomly," then it's time to pay attention to the numerous customer comments and somehow adjust your "random" system even just a little bit.

Since I have no complaints about the fragrance itself, I give it 5 stars, but the overall impression of the purchase was unpleasant.

It's amazing, suitable for any occasion, and adapts to any mood whether you admire and inhale it or wear it on yourself, it doesn't irritate or bother. Just two sprays and it's enough for me, and it leaves a trail. The girls behind me were saying it's super.

My son gave me this fragrance as a gift for my birthday, which was also an anniversary. To say that I am disappointed would be an understatement. Yes, the fragrance is interesting and unique, which is a plus. However, there are no other positives! It is not long-lasting at all, it simply disappears. And please, do not write me your cliché sentences about personal perception of the fragrance, its unique unfolding, and so on. Not that I expected people at work to notice the scent trail and show interest, but I specifically asked them to actively breathe near me, hoping that someone would at least catch a whiff of something! But no, no one (!) was able to detect anything. The cherry on top (considering the high cost of the perfume) was the "gift" from Makeup. For a perfume priced at over 6,000 (100 ml), they included a microscopic Bora Plus cream (??!!) and a cheap makeup bag with the Makeup logo. What was the point of that? Was there nowhere else to put them? It wasn't just a mockery, it felt like a slap in the face! Well, if you're not going to include anything at all, then don't send such things in a box with an expensive and, as you claim, "niche" fragrance. Don't ruin an already ruined mood!
P.S. Can you please let me know where I can return this misunderstanding? Perhaps one of the top managers at Makeup has an irresistible need for these... things?

The most complimentary perfume. You will always be in the spotlight. You feel like a woodland nymph, a queen of the forests, fields, and steppes in it. An aroma of freedom and self-assurance.

The perfume is absolutely incredible! I bought it at a makeup store, and it is 100% original. I first tried a sample and then bought a 100ml bottle. The scent makes me feel like I'm surrounded by a forest, with moss and tree bark. In other words, it embodies the essence of freedom!
