I bought it for the first time. I really liked the toothpaste. There are no intense colors, smells, or flavors. It is a calm, white toothpaste. During the brushing time, I think it is unlikely that the enamel will be able to restore itself in any way. That's why I first brush my teeth, rinse my mouth, and then apply the paste to my dry front teeth, leaving it on for 10-20 minutes. The enamel gradually improves.
