I have dry, brittle, porous, and frizzy hair. I have been using this product for 2 months. Unfortunately, this shampoo did not work well for me when paired with the conditioner. It does not smooth out the curls as I had hoped.

The product did not work well for my hair (partially bleached, porous, thick, medium thickness). The shampoo created a film on my hair, making it feel immediately waxy, tangled, stiff, and very difficult to rinse out.

It did not work for my hair (thin, porous, curly). It cleanses quite well, but the hair feels dry to the touch, even right after rinsing. However, I did like the conditioner and heat protection spray from this line.

When used in combination with the conditioner, my hair is perfectly straight after blow-drying for exactly one day. However, afterwards, my hair becomes frizzy and appears dirty.

I used it in combination with the conditioner from the same series. There is an effect. I have porous curly hair that tends to frizz, so if I noticed it on my hair, then it really does what it claims. It may not cleanse completely, so I have to wash it several times.

Unfortunately, it did not work out for me. It poorly cleanses the hair and leaves it dry.

I didn't buy it here, but I'll share my opinion. For me, this product is fantastic. I wash my hair twice and then apply the black conditioner from Chi. The combination of these two products makes my fragile and split ends look much better than before. This is my first experience with this line, but I'm already in love! As for its scent, it's not very appealing. I mean, it doesn't have an unpleasant or specific smell, but I simply don't like the conditioner. However, this issue can be easily solved.

I purchased this shampoo at a salon, based on the recommendation of the stylist. My hair feels very soft and silky. However, I did encounter a problem with hair loss. I used it as instructed - only a teaspoon, as the shampoo is highly concentrated. But even with this small amount, I experienced significant hair loss. I really regret not reading reviews beforehand.

Great shampoo, I use it together with the conditioner. It performs all the claimed functions perfectly. If you have long, more or less straight hair but want a straightening effect, this is for you. I have wavy hair in large curls, and this product smooths it out a bit. It deeply nourishes the hair, so if you want to grow your hair, this is also for you. With this shampoo, I forgot about split ends, even though my hair constantly gets split ends and very badly. I will try something else from this product line. The conditioner is very thick and very economical.
