This is terrible! I don't understand the positive reviews, especially about "soft hair." I bought the blue-black color to refresh my black hair. I have never experienced anything like this before. In just 60 minutes, it turned my black hair into a disgusting brown color! It dried my hair so much that I could barely rinse off the dye. It became a tangled mess, like a scrubbing sponge! Even my conditioner couldn't help, I couldn't even comb through it. I don't know what to do with this horrible colored mess instead of my hair anymore...??(((((((
