Instructions for using with a mouthguard:
After brushing your teeth (important: the toothpaste you use should not contain fluoride), apply a small amount of gel into the mouthguard. Place the mouthguard on your upper and lower teeth, bite down, and hold it in place for 10-15 minutes. Rinse your mouth with a small amount of water afterward. Avoid eating for 40-60 minutes after using the gel.
Instructions for using without a mouthguard:
Thoroughly clean the surface of your teeth (important: the toothpaste you use should not contain fluoride). Apply a small amount of gel in circular motions on the cleaned surface of your teeth, hold for 15-20 minutes, then rinse your mouth with a small amount of water. Avoid eating and drinking for 40-60 minutes after using the gel. The number of applications depends on the extent of enamel and dentin damage. It is recommended for use by adults and children from their first tooth (safe if swallowed). The gel does not contain SLS, titanium dioxide, fluoride, or parabens. It is recommended to use in cycles of 15 days on, 15 days off.
