For the face: Apply a suitable amount of Authentic balm to the face using a cotton pad, then rinse with warm water. For the hair: Apply to towel-dried, damp hair, leave on for a few minutes, comb through, and rinse thoroughly. For the body: Apply to either wet or dry skin, as desired, as a moisturizing mask. Leave on for a few minutes, then rinse off.

I didn't like the effect on my hair at all. It became tangled, the strands don't slide between my fingers, and I can't avoid losing hair. My hair is long, reaching below my shoulder blades, and it requires a significant amount of product - I used up 1/3 of the tube in just 2 applications.
I will continue to use it as a moisturizing body mask, as it works decently for that purpose, but most likely I won't purchase it again.
I have tried it on both my hair and my face... It's awesome! It moisturizes amazingly well!
I used the balm only for my hair. It is an excellent product for dry and damaged hair. As soon as you rinse it off with water, you feel a smoothness in your hair, but not stickiness. It is easy to wash off, and after styling, the hair remains smooth, silky, and shiny. The effect intensifies with each subsequent use. It has a natural herbal scent that is not overpowering.
