I initially thought that this product wouldn't suit me, but based on the reviews, it seems to be the same for others as well. It excessively dries out both the skin and hair. Every time I use it, I always end up with dandruff.

Awful shampoo. It made my hair even drier. It caused dryness and irritation on my scalp. At first, it seemed okay. But after around 5 uses, it turned into a complete nightmare. I do not recommend it.

I have dry and porous hair, and this shampoo turns them into straw that is impossible to comb without a mask! At first, it seemed okay, but after using it for a long time, I noticed that my hair started falling out significantly. I changed the shampoo and the excessive hair loss stopped. This shampoo didn't work for me at all! I just poured the remaining product down the toilet and I don't regret it.

This shampoo is very poor. After the very first use, dandruff appeared. I managed to get rid of it, so I decided to give it another try, and the same problem happened again. Then I bought a different shampoo, and as soon as I used this one for a change, the horrible dandruff came back. Even though my scalp is not sensitive, so be more cautious when using it.

I have been using Insight shampoos for a little over a year. My favorites are this one and the Restorative one for damaged hair. I alternate between the Insight and Estel conditioners, and everything works perfectly and goes well together. I don't plan on changing anything for now.
