I have a combination skin type with rosacea on my cheeks, where the skin is particularly reactive. The tonic is transparent and has a very light, fresh scent that barely lingers on the face. The packaging is sturdy, a bit difficult to "shake out" onto a sponge, but reliable for traveling. It truly softens and soothes the skin, reduces redness, and removes tightness after washing (I use the same series). It seems to cover the face with a barely noticeable film that can also be felt when touched. In the T-zone (for oily skin), in the summer, just using this and thermal water after washing is enough, applying moisturizer would be too much.

I would call it a lotion rather than a tonic. In my opinion, this product lacks the feeling of freshness after application, the cleanliness that allows the skin to "breathe" and eagerly absorb the cream.
