I liked the balm. I guess it all depends on the hair structure. My hair is frizzy and voluminous, and the balm smoothens it and reduces the volume a bit. That's why it suited me perfectly. Thank you to the website and the courier for the excellent work.
The balm is absolutely useless. It is very watery and has zero effect.
I tried this brand's balm for the first time. I can't say that it fully lived up to my expectations. On the positive side, it has no scent, is easy to apply (not too thick), and adds shine to the hair. On the negative side, it makes combing the hair difficult and lacks the smoothness I was hoping for. I plan to try other products from this brand.
The balm is ineffective. It neither provides positive nor negative results.
