The consistency is very pleasant, almost slightly soapy, with a small amount going a long way and spreading evenly throughout the hair. It moisturizes excellently without weighing it down. After using it, my hair is easy to comb through, and even without styling, it still has good volume. I'm thrilled! I've been ordering it not just for the first time, and I will continue to order it again and again.

I didn't like the balm, it caused an allergic reaction in the form of pimples on my head((((( It contains silicone, so it's very likely that the product clogged my pores.
