I accidentally chose this shampoo and I am satisfied with it - my hair is soft, manageable, and I can even do without conditioners, oils, and fluids. However, I noticed that it strongly washes out hair dye! Sometimes I dye my hair with Garnier amethyst, and this shampoo removes that pigment like nothing else. It has been about a month since I dyed my hair, and the water is still pink with this shampoo. I don't consider this a downside, just keep it in mind.

The hair seems to be falling out less, but the scalp is overly dry, itchy, and has developed a bit of dandruff (which I've never had before). I used it for a month along with the conditioner from the same series. I won't buy it again, but if your scalp is not initially dry (like mine), then perhaps the shampoo would be suitable.

This product didn't work well for my hair. I won't buy it again. However, it does have a pleasant scent that reminds me of apples.

I didn't like this shampoo at all, even though I had no complaints about Dove brand shampoos before. This particular shampoo dries out my hair, making it feel stiff and difficult to style. Despite the manufacturer's promises, my hair didn't improve, but actually got worse after using this shampoo. By the way, it didn't work for my husband either - he started complaining about itching, dandruff, and skin breakouts on his scalp. Luckily, I didn't experience any of these issues, so it might be an individual intolerance, but the fact remains that the shampoo caused problems.
