Lip Balm SPF 20 Babe Laboratorios Lip Care Stick

I like it. It worked well for my dry lips during the winter. Most balms I feel on my lips after some time and want to wash them off. With this one, I don't have that feeling.

Good, it fulfills its purpose.

This is simply a find! The balm moisturizes wonderfully and stays on the lips for exactly 2 hours, even when I drink water it doesn't wash off. Before this, I used La Roche-Posay and Carmex. The latter was a disappointment, it didn't fulfill any function, its greasiness didn't do anything except irritate. My friend suggested that I might have been experiencing dependency on it and most likely my lip problems were actually caused by Carmex.

I decided to purchase two lip balms at once - one from "Babe" and one from "Weleda". I preferred the one from "Babe" as it felt comfortable on my lips, had a pleasant scent, and provided moisture. However, I cannot say the same about the one from "Weleda". It felt sticky on my lips and had a scent reminiscent of lipstick from the 90s.

Although I really liked the "Purelan" cream from this brand, which I have purchased multiple times - during my maternity leave and after - I used it whenever needed on my lips and it effectively healed cracks and dryness. Unfortunately, the lip balm did not work for me.

On the other hand, I frequently use and carry the lip balm from "Babe" in my cosmetic bag.

Similar to Vaseline, this product hardly moisturizes; it simply sits on top of dry lips. Regular Maybelline works better as a solution.

I received it on July 21st, and today, on July 27th, the stick is already empty.
