I am very disappointed with the quality of this product. I have been using these pencils for over ten years. They apply nicely, do not smudge, and last well. Simply the best.
But this time, it was a complete letdown. It constantly broke and crumbled. It would break off 3-4 times with just one use. Is Avon not the same anymore? It's definitely either a counterfeit or expired. I ordered it in September without checking the expiration date on the packaging.
The pencil is long-lasting. In the photo, after 9 hours of an active day, it slightly smudges on my slightly droopy eyelids. It is very black and feels like gel when applied.
This pencil is absolutely amazing! I've been using it for the third time now. I can easily draw a thin line between my lashes without it smudging or smearing, and it stays on perfectly throughout the day, even on the inner lash line.
The quality is great, it applies smoothly, and the color is vibrant. I am pleasantly surprised.
I can't wait for it to arrive, now it's my favorite pencil! It lasts 24 hours in the heat, doesn't smudge in the rain, and doesn't run even if you accidentally fall asleep with it. More than half of it remains. It's soft and perfect for all occasions. In short, I love it.

It's strange to read that it doesn't draw, I've already bought it probably 4 or 5 times (though not here, I just noticed that it's available here) and I'm very satisfied with it. All my previous pencils would smudge and leave imprints on my eyelids. But this one is perfect. I can use it with or without a base, with or without eyeshadows.
I bought the shade "sea wave" and this pencil is great. It applies smoothly and stays on well. I am satisfied with it.

It doesn't smudge - yes. However, it is quite firm for the eyelid. Sometimes, it simply doesn't draw if I don't apply foundation or another cream on the eyelid.
Surprisingly, the pencil (brown) turned out to be really good. It is soft and draws well. No need to sharpen it.
