I bought this product based on the reviews and it is made in Italy. However, I am not very satisfied with it. It is not long-lasting at all. The second pencil from my order, which was priced at 70 hryvnias, is of the same quality.
After reading the reviews, I decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, I was not impressed. The product smudges easily and doesn't last long, even if you don't touch your eyebrows. It seems to vanish throughout the day. I wouldn't recommend it.
This pencil is of very high quality. It applies smoothly and is perfect in terms of softness. It doesn't smudge and can be easily washed off with warm water and a cleanser. The Mocha color is a great match for blondes.
